ANCHORAGE GARDENS:
Field Matrix & Facility Guidelines
For the CISC Summer 2025 Outdoor Rec Soccer Season, all PRACTICES/GAMES will take place at ANCHORAGE GARDENS (9101 Brayton Dr) between JUNE 2-JULY 17.
Please see the below the ANCHORAGE GARDENS FIELD MATRIX for the upcoming season:

A few additional points of note regarding the field matrix above:
- Practice fields will be designated by a number and a direction e.g. East or West. Please refer to the DIRECTIONAL COMPASS on the lower-right corner of the image when determining which field your child will be practicing on.
- Cook Inlet SC Rec will have TWO Admin Stations for players and parents to reference the field matrix and schedule for the day. The Admin Stations are represented by the BLUE DIAMONDS on either side of the driveway before the roundabout on the image above.
Please see below a few KEY POINTS regarding specific FACILITY GUIDELINES while at Anchorage Gardens:
1. Pets at Anchorage Gardens
For CISC Summer 2025 Outdoor Rec Soccer Season, DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED on the fields at Anchorage Gardens while soccer related activities are taking place.
Please leave dog(s) in one’s vehicle or preferably at home.
Anyone seen with a dog while on the grounds will kindly be asked to place their pet(s) in their vehicle in the interest of everyone’s safety.
Additionally, please share this information with anyone e.g. grandparents, aunts/uncles, friends, etc., who may not be aware of this expectation.
2. U10-U18 Team/Spectator Sidelines
Also for CISC Summer 2025 Outdoor Rec Soccer Season, for U10-U18 games ONLY, Teams e.g. coaches and players, will be on opposite sides of the field from Spectators.
Anyone who has NOT registered to coach for the CISC Summer 2025 Outdoor Rec Soccer Season and has NOT completed the required background check will be PROHIBITED from being on the Team sidelines (and will be asked to leave if found occupying).
3. Smoking/Vaping
It should go without saying, but smoking/vaping on the Anchorage Gardens grounds is PROHIBITED while Cook Inlet SC soccer events are taking place.
If a spectator is found smoking/vaping during a Cook Inlet SC Rec Soccer event, he/she will be asked to leave the immediate area and go to the road, preferably out of sight from the children, to finish his/her business.
Please share this information with anyone e.g. grandparents, aunts/uncles, friends, etc., who may not be aware of this expectation.
4. Prohibited Items
It should also go without saying, but the consumption of alcoholic beverages AND weapons of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED while Cook Inlet SC soccer events are taking place. Please share this information with anyone e.g. grandparents, aunts/uncles, friends, etc., who may not be aware of this expectation.
PLEASE NOTE: For new and returning members, neither of these matters have been an issue in the past, but Cook Inlet SC wants to make sure it’s doing its due diligence in informing everyone of the standards while at Anchorage Gardens.
If a spectator is found consuming an open container of alcohol and/or in possession of a fire arm during a Cook Inlet SC Rec Soccer event, he/she will be asked to dispose of the beverage while in the case of the latter, if not a law enforcement officer, be asked to leave the grounds. If he/she refuses and/or becomes difficult, the game (or practice) will be paused until said individual disposes of said beverage and/or possibly leaves the area. If he/she continues to refuse, the game (or practice) will be abandoned and everyone will go home. FULL STOP. A call to APD may also be placed if the situation becomes unhealthy and/or unmanageable with said individual(s).
PLEASE NOTE: A safe playing environment is of the utmost importance so any assistance in helping provide this for the kids, coaches, referees, and anyone else attending a Cook Inlet SC soccer event is GREATLY APPRECIATED!
Additionally, if anyone is a law enforcement officer, please feel free contact the Cook Inlet SC Rec Director at jason@cookinletsc.com about how best to address a situation (should one arise) and possibly be a resource available (if necessary).
