Supplemental training sessions take place 1-2 times per week from October through April and once per week in the summer. Sessions are led by Cook Inlet SC coach Matt Froehle and are open to all Cook Inlet SC Competitive players. Sessions will focus on developing players’ technical ability and developing physical strength and fitness.
Players must bring their own soccer balls, wear their club-approved training kit and appropriate footwear. Technical sessions take place on the field while physical supplemental sessions take place on a rubber track. Players must wear tennis shoes rather than cleats during supplemental physical sessions.
